CPA Mwakapala is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-T) and a Certified Tax Consultant, has a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and Finance – Public Sector Accounting and Investigation (Mzumbe University), Master of Business Administration – Finance (University of Dodoma), and Certified Public Accountant (NBAA). Currently, he is doing PhD in Accounting and Finance, studying International Financial Reporting Standards.
