Masters in Physical Chemistry(1984). Obtained doctorate in Electrokinetics and synthesis(1987) from SV University, India. Post doctoral research in electro-synthesis  at National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India. Served as Professor/Associate Professor  in National Institute of Technology, Assam; University of Petroleum,  Dehradun and  and Samara University, Ethiopia.    Published more than 50 research articles in national and international journals.  Currently working on designing bio-adsorbents for water purification.
