Scholastica Joseph Mality is an Assistant Lecturer at The University of Dodoma, Dodoma, Tanzania. She has been serving as Assistant Lecturer for over a decade. She holds a Master of Laws Degree in International Trade and Finance Law from Ruaha Catholic University, Iringa, Tanzania, a PostGraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The Law School of Tanzania, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from Ruaha Catholic University, Iringa, Tanzania. Her research and consultancy areas include Regional Integration Law, Harmonisation of Laws, Trade and Finance Laws, Business Laws, Criminal Law, and Human Rights Law. She is a PhD candidate at the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, focusing on the Harmonisation of Trade Laws in EAC. She is a member of the Tanzania Association of Women Lawyers (TAWLA), Tanganyika Law Society (TLS) and East African Laws Society (EALS), and she led various administrative and academic positions.
