Dr. Amani Gration Tegambwage, an eminent business management scholar, has more than fifteen years of experience in the field of service marketing management. As a senior lecturer in the Department of Business Administration and Management at the University of Dodoma, he delivers lectures on marketing and management to undergraduate and graduate students, supervises master’s and PhD students, and conducts seminars and short-term training programs for management professionals and students. His primary research interests are service marketing and relationship marketing. He has published research papers in various internationally accredited journals in the areas of service marketing, relationship marketing, and general business management. Dr. Tegambwage has experience in fulfilling and delivering the desired outputs at an optimal level and within the stipulated timeframe. He provides a wide range of consulting services with expertise in service quality management, customer satisfaction, customer relationship management, and general management. He completed several projects and engagements for a wide cross-section of clients, including water supply and sanitation authorities (WSSAs), higher education institutions (HEIs), local government authorities (LGAs), and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Before joining the academic world, Amani served as a marketing and sales executive at Clouds Media Group (CMG), one of the most famous and successful media firms in Tanzania. During his free time, Amani loves reading storybooks, watching TV, and listening to music.
