About Meserecordias
Dr Meserecordias Wilfred Lema is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Environmental Engineering and Management, at the University of Dodoma. Dr Lema is a PhD holder in Environmental Engineering, and a Registered Mining Engineer (P1824). He is also a member of the Institution of Engineers Tanzania (MIET-1766). Dr Lema has 15 years of experience in the academic cadre and has also worked in various other non-academic but professional organizations i.e. Barrick Gold Mine, PAULSAM Geo-Engineering and MTL Consultant, as a Mining and Environmental Consultant.
Dr Lema is a prominent researcher and consultant in the fields of Mining and Environment Engineering, in which he has produced a couple of publications in local and internationally peer reviewed journals. Dr Lema has also undertaken a number of local as well as international consultancy works.
Dr Lema is an art and sports loving person, who also loves reading and writing.
