Mohamed A. Kaluse is an assistant lecturer, in the department of Business Administration. He joined the University of Dodoma in 2014 after he has spent six years working with Handeni District Council as an Accountant.

 He has Master of Business administration (MBA) from University of Dodoma completed in 2013 and Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance (BA-AF) from Moshi Cooperative University (MOCU) completed in 2008.

During his work, He gained enormous knowledge in International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS), Public sector Budgeting and Reporting, Planning and reporting using PlanRep3 tool, Financial Reporting,  Project planning, Business plan, Research and Consultancy skills, Strategic management, Business environment, Risk management, Operations management, Quality management, Strategic procurement, project planning and entrepreneurship.  
 His research and consultancy area of interest includes Rural Finance, Financial Inclusion, Market linkages and Agro-business. He is a member of  Nelson Mandela Washington Fellowship programme and YALI Alumni
