Salehe I. Mrutu received his B.Sc. in Computer science from The International University of Africa, Khartoum, Sudan in 2003, M.Sc. in Computer science from the University of Gezira, Wad-Maden, Sudan in 2006, and PhD in Information and Communication Science and Engineering from Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST), Arusha, Tanzania in 2014. Since September 2007, He is serving as an academic member of the staff of the School of Informatics, College of Informatics and Virtual Education of The University of Dodoma. His research interest includes forward error correction codes, Software Engineering, quality-of-service provisioning and resource management for multimedia communications networks and ICT4D.
