Mr. Ismail A. Changalima is an accomplished academic with expertise in procurement and supply chain management. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in business administration at the University of Dodoma. He holds a Master of Science in procurement and supply chain management from Mzumbe University, which he earned in 2016. He also has a Bachelor of Business Administration in procurement and logistics management from Mzumbe University, which he obtained in 2014. As an assistant lecturer at the University of Dodoma, he has been an active participant in numerous research activities. His research interests include procurement, public procurement, supply chain management, and business administration. Through his involvement in research, He has contributed significantly to the development of knowledge in these areas.
