Vitales Joel Kabonda acquired his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2018 and Bachelor of commerce in Tourism and Hospitality Management (B.COM-THM) in 2014 from The University of Dodoma located in Dodoma-Tanzania,   from April 2015 to March 2019, he served as a Tutorial Assistant at The University of Dodoma School of business Studies and Law, Department of Business Administration And Management. In April 2019, he was promoted to Assistant Lecturer, the position he is serving to date. His research interests include but not limited to sustainable and community based eco-tourism, Hospitality facilities operations and management, nature tourism, cultural tourism, tour guiding and operations.
