Deo Shao is a Lecturer at the College of Informatics and Virtual Education of the University of Dodoma. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Degree, from the department of Computer Science, University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania in 2009; Masters of Science in Computer Science in 2012 from the School of Technology, Malmo University, Sweden. His research interest includes Software Engineering, Web Technologies, Mobile Computing, Semantic Web, Web Services, Open Data, E-government, mHealth,Linked Open Data and Data mining.
