Dr Mwinjuma is Undergraduate Coordinator and a full-time Lecturer, teaching graduate and undergraduate courses at college of Education of the University of Dodoma. He is particularly profound and qualified in primary education, secondary education and teacher training. He has over twenty five years of expertise and experience in teaching, pedagogical leadership and teacher capacity building as well as professional development and training. Dr. Mwinjuma has served as a practicing school teacher, educational leader, and consultant and at the primary and secondary level in various schools in Tanzania. He specializes in Educational Management and Administration, Educational Planning and Policy analysis, Educational System Management, Leadership in Education and Assessment processes. Dr. Mwinjuma is committed to mentoring and supporting pre-service teachers whilst empowering teachers to improve their practices. He has provided mentorship, training and professional development for in-service teachers and school administrators. Dr. Mwinjuma supports educational practitioners in developing pedagogical practices and sound processes, practices of reflective inquiry, action research in classrooms as well as continuous professional skills development. Dr. Mwinjuma holds PhD in Educational Administration and Policy Studies from University Putra Malaysia, Masters of Educational Management and administration (MEMA) and Bachelor of Education with Honours (Bed Arts Hon.) From University of Dar es Salaam. Dr. Mwinjuma has done researches and published his findings and reports in peer reviewed open access journals.
