Mr. Lyema John Sawenge is a member of ICT Technical administrative staff since 2008. He holds Masters in Engineering Management (2008) and B.Sc. in Chemical and Processing Engineering (1997) from the College of Engineering and Technology of University of Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. He also holds Cisco Certified Network Associates- CCNA (2003) from the same.

 Before joining UDOM, Mr. Lyema John Sawenge was a Systems Administrator at University of Dar Es Salaam, College of Engineering and Technology, Tanzania from 1999- 2008 in department of ICT.

Mr. Lyema John Sawenge is presently working as a Senior Systems/Network Administrator in the directorate of ICT.
