The Directorate has the following Units:

1. Revenue Unit.This unit is responsible for the collection of all revenues from different sources.

2. Expenditure Unit. This unit is responsible for payments of claims for the University internal and external creditors.

3. Students' loans Unit. This unit is responsible in coordinating activities relating to students loans.

4. Reconciliation and Final Accounts Unit. This unit is responsible in preparation of the University financial reports and ensure accounting records are properly kept.

5. College Accountants. They are responsible in undertaing accounting activities at college level for smooth running of the University daily operations.
