Efficient and effective operationalisation of ICT services requires highly skilled and specialised human resources. In order to ensure proper functioning of ICT in the university, the directorate comprises 7 sections to manage various ICT specialised areas as follows:
- Network infrastructure and services;
- Server infrastructure and services;
- Software applications development and improvement;
- Software applications support;
- User support; and
- Cyber security.
