About Elia
Dr. Elia Mwanga holds a PhD in Law, a Master in Laws, and a Bachelor of Laws; both from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Law of the University of Dodoma. He is specialized in Natural Resources Law (Mining, Oil and Gas), Environmental Law, Banking and Finance Law, Intellectual Property Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Dr. Elia Mwanga is also the Coordinator of Postgraduate Studies and Research at the School of Law. He is also an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. Dr. Mwanga has published widely on oil and gas law, mining law and environmental law.
