Dr. Jabhera Matogoro is a well-versed Artificial Intelligence expert with track record that managed to attract funding from SIDA/IDRC on Artificial Intelligence for Development Africa's Anglophone Research amounting to CAD $1,000,000 at the University of Dodoma.

Dr. Matogoro was also the Mozilla Fellow on Open Internet Engineering for the year 2019 - 2020. He is the recipient of six months Centre for Science & Technology of Non-Aligned and Other Developing Countries Fellowship to Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) which was fully sponsored by the Government of India for May 2015 - January 2016.

Dr. Jabhera Matogoro has attended many technical training to various countries globally including: Denmark, India, Ireland, Mozambique, Djibouti, Zambia, USA, Rwanda and UK to mention a few.
