Dr. Fredrick Ishengoma, currently serves as a senior lecturer in the Department of Information Systems and Technology (IST), at the College of Informatics at the University of Dodoma, where he has been since its foundation in 2007. He has a PhD in Information Systems from the University of Dodoma, a Master's degree in computer and information engineering from Daegu University in South Korea, and a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology Management (ICTM) from Mzumbe University in Tanzania. His research interests focus on Information and Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D) focusing more on e/m-Government, social dimensions of ICT and emerging technologies for development. Dr. Ishengoma has published more than 29 papers in ICT in distinguished academic outlets and is an editor in prestigious journals such as an academic editor for PLSONE and a reviewer for several reputable journals in the IST domain such as EJISDC, GPRG and  ACM Transactions on Computing Education.
