Albert Selebea Lutakamale was born and raised in Tanzania. He received the BSc degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan, People's Republic of China in 2011. In 2017, he received  the MSc degree in Information and Communication Science and Engineering specializing in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST), Arusha, Tanzania. Till now he works at the College of Informatics and Virtual Education of the University of Dodoma as an academic staff and researcher in the field of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. His research interests include Wireless Sensor Networks, Internet of Things, Optical Fiber Technologies and Mobile Software Developments in Android Platform.
